I understand firsthand the struggles that come with managing anxiety, OCD, and other emotional challenges—both personally and professionally. Having navigated these challenges myself, I bring a perspective that allows me to connect with clients in a deeply authentic and empathetic way.
Whether you're grappling with anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, I’m here to guide you through those tough moments. Together, we’ll work through difficult thoughts and feelings, creating a path toward lasting emotional resilience and personal growth. With empathy, creativity, and a down-to-earth approach, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you take the first steps toward feeling better.
Before becoming a therapist, I founded The Mindful Kids, a company focused on using mindfulness and positive psychology tools to help individuals of all ages manage stress and anxiety and thrive. I also worked as an educator in the Palo Alto Unified School District, integrating mindfulness and emotional support to foster students’ growth.
With a foundation in trust, creativity, and empathy, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to this work. My approach is tailored to meet you where you are, helping you build the skills and confidence you need to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I integrate evidence-based practices with a mindful, client-centered approach, including:
- Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT): for OCD
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): for OCD and anxiety-related disorders
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): values-driven approaches to build psychological flexibility
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): addressing patterns of thought and behavior
With thousands of hours of clinical experience, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, always ensuring the work is both evidence-based and grounded in what is most helpful for you.
