I understand firsthand the struggles that come with managing anxiety, OCD, and other emotional challenges—both personally and professionally. Having navigated these challenges myself, I bring a perspective that allows me to connect with clients in a deeply authentic and empathetic way.

Before becoming a therapist, I founded The Mindful Kids, a company focused on using mindfulness and positive psychology tools to help individuals of all ages manage stress and anxiety and thrive. I also worked as an educator in the Palo Alto Unified School District, integrating mindfulness and emotional support to foster students’ growth.

With a foundation in trust, creativity, and empathy, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to this work. My approach is tailored to meet you where you are, helping you build the skills and confidence you need to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
