Sarah is a compassionate and engaged Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping clients transform their lives. Whether it’s overcoming unhelpful patterns, improving emotional and cognitive skills, or building habits that align with personal values, her focus is always on creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship. Infused with creativity, authenticity, and even humor, her approach meets each client where they are.

A Decade of Experience and a Heart-Centered Approach For more than 10 years, Sarah has helped clients connect with their experiences, understand their struggles, and achieve meaningful change. Before becoming a therapist, she spent 20 years as an elementary school teacher, where she also founded The Mindful Kids. This coaching program provided mindfulness tools and positive psychology practices to help children, teens, and parents manage challenges and thrive.

Sarah integrates evidence-based practices with a heart-centered, mindful approach. Her methods include:
