A Decade of Experience and a Heart-Centered Approach For more than 10 years, Sarah has helped clients connect with their experiences, understand their struggles, and achieve meaningful change. Before becoming a therapist, she spent 20 years as an elementary school teacher, where she also founded The Mindful Kids. This coaching program provided mindfulness tools and positive psychology practices to help children, teens, and parents manage challenges and thrive.
