What This Is

This is a weekly 55-minute drop-in group for adults (18+) struggling with anxiety and OCD. Each session focuses on helping you respond differently to anxious thoughts, overthinking, and OCD patterns—not just talk about them.You’ll learn practical tools, connect with others doing similar work, and leav e with something specific to practice in your daily life.

How This Is Different

This group is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including ERP, I-CBT, and ACT. The goal isn’t just insight—it’s actually changing how you respond to anxiety so you can start breaking the cycle in your day-to-day life.

How It Works

  • Brief check-in 
  • Weekly topic (e.g., overthinking, uncertainty, OCD patterns)
  • Real-life application + discussion
  • A small, doable commitment for the week

  • Virtual (California residents only)
  • Tuesdays at 6:30pm (PT) - starting June 9
  • 55 minutes
  • Small group (max 8 participants)
  • $50 per session
  • Superbill available
  • Ongoing weekly drop-in group 
  • Additional times may be added based on interest
